Shenyang SCHIEES Machine Tool IMP&EXP Co., Ltd. was established in November 2018. The company currently operates two factories and four workshops, covering a total area of 23,500 square meters. As a machine tool manufacturer, Shenyang SCHIEES integrates manufacturing, sales, quality assurance, and technical services, and now employs nearly 300 staff.

The company originated as the German SCHIEES Shenyang Branch. In 2016, it partnered with SMTCL to build a workshop in the Shenyang Economic and Technological Development Zone. Since November 2018, the company operates independently under the name of Shenyang SCHIEES Machine Tool IMP&EXP Co., Ltd. (Abbrev. Shenyang SCHIEES).

At present, the company has four departments: Technology, Production, Sales, and Service. In addition, it operates a sheet metal factory, a machining factory, and a casting factory, providing full industrial chain capabilities in production, manufacturing, sales, and service.
